希勒表示，拉什福德在曼联未来的问题必须要尽快解决。拉什福德在曼联最近的四场比赛中都被排除在阵容之外，在曼市德比的比赛之后，拉什福德在接受采访时也表示了自己渴望新的挑战。
在谈及拉什福德时，希勒表示：“曼联必须支持阿莫林，他们选择阿莫林就是鉴于目前的情况，阿莫林需要去解决目前的问题。你必须要放权给阿莫林，拉什福德的问题会得到解决，无论是在1月份还是在明年夏天，我想双方是会达成协议的。
“很明显，如果拉什福德不想在曼联，阿莫林也不会想要他继续留下，这对俱乐部来说并不是一个好的局面。如果是这样的话，那双方不如尽早把问题解决。当你签下一份巨额的合同时，事情就变成说起来容易做起来难。”
